📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email (or SMS/WhatsApp) once your order is packed and dispatched.

2. Delivery Time:

  • Within major cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days.

  • Regional delivery (e.g., Gujranwala, Multan, Peshawar): 3–6 business days.

  • Remote or rural areas may take up to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Fees:

  • Flat rate: PKR on all orders for orders

4. Courier Partners:

  • We partner with trusted local couriers—TCS, Leopards, and M&P and postex for fast and safe delivery.

  • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once dispatched.

5. Delivery Exceptions:

  • Delays can occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or logistics issues—we’ll notify you proactively.

  • If your order is significantly delayed (over 10 days), please contact us for support.


🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility:

  • Exchanges accepted for sizing issues within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return or exchange accepted only if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all hygiene seals intact.

2. Process:

  • Email or WhatsApp our support team within 7 days with your order number and issue.

  • We’ll approve it and provide steps to return.

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

3. Inspection & Replacement:

  • Once we receive the return, we inspect it (1–3 days).

  • Approved replacement or refund (store credit or original payment) is processed within 5 business days.

  • No refunds on final-sale promo items or used underwear.
